Change of Mind & Satisfaction

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or if the final illustration isn’t quite what you expected. Since we’re providing a creative service, and not a physical off-the-shelf product, we cannot process refunds for completed artwork.

That said — your satisfaction is incredibly important to us! If you’re not completely happy with your illustration, we do offer free revisions to make adjustments and get things just right. Whether it’s a tweak in the pose, coloring, or background — we’re here to bring your vision to life.

How to Request a Revision or Replacement

Just send us an email at support@drawnmoments.com with the following:

• Your name and order number

• A description of the issue

• Any photos (if your item is damaged)

• What you’d like changed or fixed

We’re here to help and will respond as soon as possible to make things right.
